[Waiting for user confirmation] Translations Not Updating on Login, Registration, and Cart Pages

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the Login, Registration, and Cart pages using WPML. I attempted to use the Advanced Translator Editor and the String Translator. I enabled the 'Login and Registration Pages' option in the settings. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link
Symptoms:
Translations are not updating on the Login, Registration, and Cart pages. The content remains in English even after adding translations. Specifically, the string 'YOUR SHOPPING CART IS EMPTY' does not get translated.
Questions:
Why are the translations not updating on the Login, Registration, and Cart pages?
How can I ensure that the translations appear correctly in French and Arabic?
- Please backup the site files and database before providing us access.
- If you have a staging site where the problem can be reproduced, it is better to share access to the staging site.
Few of them do not succeed since your server is giving every few minutes 503 server error, probably due to limited resources.
As for Duplicator, it is a somehow created half of a package, but can not be downloaded and gives, error, I assume for the same reasons, so I am a bit stuck here.
I would need you to try disabling all of the plugins (after backup) and then try to create a new Duplicator package, or try to see if you can provide us working staging site so we can check. Currently, I am a bit stuck and can not take the package/copy due to your server limitations.
You can also check with hosting support and what they suggest to keep your website working normal, in that way we can take a copy.

Thanks, I have downloaded it and will deploy it to the local machine and check it out further.
Note that I have accidentally switched theme on your live website, I reverted it back, but I still see 502 error in console, which might be causing some issue with loading files and styles to your website. I am not sure, but I advise you check on those and before reported, with your hosting before.
