Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate different parts of my site, including an Elementor Template model called 'Full screen Tanya Header' and 30 products.

Even though I translated the new menu.
Symptoms:
Translations are showing 'in progress' even though they are at 100%, and none of the translations are appearing on my English website. I expected to see a text above my menu showing a coupon code in English, but no changes are shown.
Questions:
Why are translations showing 'in progress' even though they are at 100%?
Why are the translations not appearing on my English website?

The Full screen Tanya Header template now seems translated. I can tell it by the pencil icon next to English. Please see the attached screenshot Full screen Tanya Header.jpg.
All the other products that are in progress are assigned to the local translator tanya.estwick.lepage. Please see the attached screenshot, tanya.estwick.lepage.jpg.
This local translator should finish those in-progress translations. Alternatively, as an administrator user, you can also complete them. I tried it with this product: hidden link. It was in the status of in-progress. The gear icon showed. I clicked it and finished the translation in the Advanced Translation Editor. Now the pencil icon shows. Please see the attached screenshot product-translated.jpg. By the way, the product is currently in draft status.

If the issue is fixed, why is it that my menu on my French website and my Menu on my English website does not look the same? Where's the grey band on top?
I tried going back into My Full Screen Header Tanya and now it's always stuck in progress.
