I need to provide a comprehensive update as the situation is still complex, and we are experiencing new and persistent issues:

1. Persistent Product Saving Error (Critical Error):
Despite updating WooCommerce Multilingual to version 5.5.1 (and ensuring all other WordPress core, plugins, and theme builders are fully updated), the critical error on saving products still persists. When we attempt to save any product, we still receive the critical error message on the site, identical to the screenshot previously provided. It seems the WCML update did not fully resolve this specific fatal error in our environment.

2. Better Workflow for Products with Downloadable Files (ACF) - URGENT:
Our most critical outstanding issue is the workflow for translating WooCommerce products that use an ACF field for "File Scaricabile" (Downloadable File). This field must link to a different PDF for each language.
We desperately need clear and definitive guidance on:
What is the correct, recommended, and error-free workflow in WPML, WooCommerce Multilingual, and ACF to manage downloadable WooCommerce products where each language translation requires a different PDF file?

3. Elementor "Products" Module Not Displaying Products:
Finally, we have discovered another related display issue: on our English "The Green Formula" page, the Elementor "Products" module (WooCommerce widget) is not displaying any products, despite all products being translated and visible when Browse the shop directly. This seems to be a separate display issue within Elementor's integration with translated WooCommerce content.

We understand that you previously mentioned handling Elementor-related issues in a separate ticket, but given the sheer volume of interconnected problems all stemming from translation/product management, we kindly request a holistic review to avoid opening countless tickets. Our goal is to have a fully functional multilingual e-commerce site.

Please provide us with comprehensive solutions and workflows for all the points outlined above. We have provided all necessary access in previous replies.

Thank you for your persistent efforts to help us resolve these critical issues.

Thank you for sharing the additional infromation.

0. When migrate sites from environment to environment please follow the steps from this documentation to avoid issues.

https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/using-advanced-translation-editor-when-you-move-or-use-a-copy-of-your-site/

Going through the prompts allows you to connect the 2 sites.

Log in to Staging 5 -> Click on the link on your warning -> Connected sites -> Copy migration code -> add migration code.

The 2 sites are connected now.

Now that this is done, please note that the orignial issue of this thread has been resolved which was the "stuck" jobs.

It is our policy that we work on one issue per thread. This is done to help you resolve your issues fast and escalate issues to our dev team that need to be escalated.

For the Issue #1 we can continue here, but please open a new thread for issues 2 & 3 it is recommended to open a new thread as they will most likely need to be separately handled if escalated. They do not seem related to each other. I will open these and share their links in the next reply.

Issue #1 =====

On staging8 I am on products and save the product but cannot reproduce the fatal error anymore.

I'd like to inform you that at the present moment, I'm on holiday. The problem still persists so I request the Ticket to stay open, allowing me to pick up where we left off. Thank you.
