[Closed] Translator's finished translations not showing up.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to retrieve finished translations from the translator, which they have pushed to WPML from their side.

Symptoms:
Finished translations are not showing up. I expected to see translated content but got nothing.

Questions:
Why are the finished translations not showing up?
How can I retrieve the finished translations from the translator?

Hi there,

Are you using a translation service with WPML?

If yes, please try the following:

Head to WPML → Translation Management and click the Check status and get translations button.

Go to WPML → Translation Management and click the Jobs tab. On the list of jobs, find the one you need and click the Check status icon. You can find this icon in the Actions column.

Edit the page in question (in original language) and resave the page. Make sure you don’t actually do any changes before saving.

Hmmm, it looks like for a specific job, it's not showing up under the "Jobs" tab.

Some more context: We ran a test translation for this page before and deleted the test. Do you think that affected this?

We had a few successful jobs come through previously, but it took a while for them to get pushed onto my side.

Which Translation Service are you using and if possible share the ID of the job please so we can look it up from our side as well.

When you did the test translation did you do it using the WPML editor, a local translation software or the translation service?

Please go to WPML->Support and click on the "communication log" area, retrieve the comm log and share it with me, please.

It looks like some jobs finally came through, but after a very long time.

The Job I mentioned earlier that we ran a test with, still is not visible. We were using a translation service.

I am not seeing any errors in the comm log.

What is the URL of the page you are still having trouble with?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.
