Background of the issue:

The blank page should only appear while the page is loading and shouldn't take much unless you're on an unstable connection. it could stay blank for a at most 1-2s before it shows the "loading" animation that comes right afterwards.
If you notice this too often, then please press "f12" (the keyboard key) or right click the blank page and click "inspect". search "console" and then see if there's an error in there. If there's something, then please send it our way so we can try to understand why that's happening to you.
Thank you for the instructions. The page never loads—no matter how long we give it. Here is a screenshot of my console errors. We did increase the memory allocation for WordPress to 528M.
