Solution:
Whitelisting the following domain solved the issue:

- wpml.org
- cdn.wpml.org
- api.wpml.org
- ate.wpml.org
- ams.wpml.org
- api.toolset.com
- d2salfytceyqoe.cloudfront.net
- d7j863fr5jhrr.cloudfront.net
- ate-production.s3proxy.wpml.org
- tp.wpml.org
- health.wpml.org
- d2pf4b3z51hfy8.cloudfront.net

After opening the feeds, the problem was solved.
The missing one was: 'ate-production.s3proxy.wpml.org'.
