This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client's license key was not being accepted.
Solution:
We discovered that the client's website was being blocked by our firewall rules. We have unblocked it, and the license key should now be accepted. We recommend clearing all sorts of caches if the issue persists before trying again.
