I am trying to send some translations in several combinations of languages but the job ends up being cancelled due to lack of support of the language pair "en -> lv,lt" I contacted the translator to solve the issue but they told me that they added all the combinations related to those languages so it might work. I refreshed language pairs from the Translation Management / Translators tab but still not working. Is there something I can do by my side or something I can suggest to the translator to do? Hello! It seems you are referring to sending a translation to a translation service. if that's the case, then please tell me the name of the translation service and send me please the "communication log" you will find in WPML > Support, it's one of the last links found on that page. The problem is very likely that the language on their end has a different language mapping or something and we can help with that. Regards. |

Kindly be informed that the issue has been resolved successfully and I sent the page to the mentioned language pairs, please check the attached screenshot. Small description of the issue: I checked your project language pairs and can confirm that the pairs en -> lt, lv are not added to your project as shown in the attached screenshot. When I checked the language pairs added in the translation hub, I couldn't find the language pairs en -> lt, lv so I added them to the hub and it solved the issue. Best regards, |

Hello, Thank you for your help. I have a question though: you sent the items on the cart but I made a copy of the production site to another server for you to test it. Hello, The process you proposed is the best process you can take to avoid confusion, but if you don't want to cancel the jobs and send the new jobs from the production site, you can do it but please don't be confused while translating the jobs. Also as I can see in the translation hub, the production and the staging sites are different projects and every one of them is assigned as a separate client, so you can deal with every project's job separately.
