This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was able to translate image texts (ALT, name, and description) on the first page but encountered issues on the second page where none of the translations were working.
Solution:
We recommended checking the WPML -> Settings -> Media Translation and ensuring that the option "Translate media library texts with posts" is enabled. This setting allows the translation of media meta information when using the WPML Translation Editor. Additionally, the client can edit the meta information for any attachment in the Media Library by switching the language in the top admin bar or using the WPML Media Translation add-on. For more detailed guidance, visit WPML Media Translation documentation.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
