All the strings should be translatable from String Translations.

If you don't see them, please try everything suggested here https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/

Also please notice we have a known issue with LearnPress and strings, so please check if this is your case https://wpml.org/it/errata/learnpress-cant-translating-strings-from-javascript-files/

All above strings cannot be translated in String Translations.
I'm not paying the support fee to try everyting suggested. Please help to give direct instructions to translate them if your plugin can do the translation. If not, just confirm me that the text in my screen captures cannot be translated. We need direct answers from your support. Thx.

The steps to follow in translating the strings that do not appear in WPML -> String translation are showed in this section of the link my colleague shared with you:

To accelerate things I would need temporary access to your site's WP-admin. Please create an administrator user using any email address you prefer.

Please fully back up your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.

Your next reply is set to private for you to provide the username and password details.

Thank you for the access, I was able to check and I've noticed that there are some strings not translated (you might need to switch to the second page of the strings table when searching for a string or change the number of strings that show in the table).

By default, the table is set to show 10 strings, you can change that on the right-bottom of the table where it says "Strings per page:"

I've done a check for two of the strings (Retake, Passed) you were having issues and as you can see on the attached images they are not translated, please translate them and check if the issue persists. (I've found both strings on the second page of the table).

I see there are some credits in WPML. Can I use these credits to auto translate the string? Instead of copying from Google translate.

Hi,

Thank you for the information and update.

I've checked your website further and I noticed that some plugins need updating, I would suggest you update them to the latest version.

Related to the strings you shared, I noticed that most of them are part of the quiz and I would suggest checking and following the instructions from the link that my colleague shared with you before: https://wpml.org/it/errata/learnpress-cant-translating-strings-from-javascript-files/

* As for the question related to the credits you have on your WPML account, you can use them but in your case, the strings seem translated in WPML String Translation and it might be the issue shown in the errata we shared with you.

* Please try clearing the cache of your website(server-side included) and check if the issue persists.

* Note: Please make sure you have a full backup of your website before making any updates/changes to your website.

I installed Loco Translate as suggested in your provided link.

But what should I do to search for the text that I mentioned in my previous post? I'm lost.

Hi,

I've noticed that some plugins require updating on your website (including Elementor and LearnPress).

Please proceed with the plugin's update, after clear the cache of the website (server-side included) and check if the issue persists.

* Note: Please make sure you have a full backup of your website before making any updates/changes to your website.

LearnPress is confirmed the latest by the LearnPress company.
How to clear website cache?

Hi,

The cache on the website can be cleared using the W3 Total Cache plugin.

I checked for the "All courses" string and found there was a string on the admin strings page that wasn't translated, please follow the instructions on this link and check for the other strings that are not showing translated: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#translate-admin-and-settings-strings
