This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
1. The client is using the Woodmart theme and has encountered an issue where there is no option to translate the layout used for displaying a single product.
2. Social network icons in the second language are displayed as 'X', which is due to the special fonts used in the Arabic version of the site.
Solution:
For the issue with social network icons, we recommend applying custom CSS to assign a different, working font to these icons. Here is an example of how you can do this:

.social-icon { font-family: 'Your Font', sans-serif; }

If this does not resolve the issue, we suggest consulting with the theme support to determine which fonts are compatible.

If you find that this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, please check the related known issues and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket with us for further assistance. You can do so at our support forum.

Greetings and Regards
Our site is designed using the Woodmart theme. And two problems have arisen for us in translation
1- We used the layouts of this theme to display a single product. The thing we are facing now is that there is no place to translate it
Thank you for your guidance in this regard
2- The icons of social networks in the second language are displayed as X and it is related to the settings of the template, this is not a translation file.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

1) Please go to WPML-> Settings-> Post Type Translation section and set the templates' post type to Translatable.

After that, please translate them and check if the translation appears correctly on the front end.

2) Could you please share screenshots of the icons issue to help me understand it better?

Best regards,
Osama

Hi,

Thanks for the screenshots. Could you please check if the issue persists in a minimal environment by following these steps?

1- Deactivate all the plugins except WPML CMS and WoodMart core.
2- Switch to your parent theme if you use a child one.

If the issue is gone, activate them one by one to see which one is causing an interaction issue.

❌ Please backup your database before performing the above test ❌

Best regards,
Osama

I found out what the problem is. It is because of the special fonts that are provided in the Arabic language of the site
Do you have a suggestion to fix this problem?

Hi,

If it's a font issue, you can try to use custom CSS to give those icons a different working font.

If that didn't help, I suggest consulting the theme support regarding this issue to let you know which fonts should work properly.

Best regards,
Osama
