alisons-2	Unfortunately installing Adminer (https://wordpress.org/plugins/pexlechris-adminer/) didn't work on our staging site because of restrictions (probably Wordfence). Please give me any other info you have with the access you have, including your best guess on the problem and fix. And thanks for all your help and time on this issue.

At this point, I don’t have a clear idea of what might be causing the issue. To investigate further, I would need to examine the database entries directly. Do you happen to have access to the database via phpMyAdmin? This tool is often available through your hosting provider’s control panel.
