This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client added a new language to their website but the menu did not translate, and the language was not appearing in the language switcher.
Solution:
First, we asked the client which language they added and if they had translated the menu into this language. We explained that if the page is not translated into the newly added language, then the language might not appear in the language switcher. We provided a link to our documentation on how to translate menus:

Hi,

I added one language and it didn´t translate the menu. I can´t see the language in the language switcher as well. Can you please help me?

May I know which language you added? Did you translate the menu into this language? If the page is not translated into the newly added language, then the language could be missing in the language switcher.

May I know which language you added? I added german.

Did you translate the menu into this language? Yes. And it didnt translate few pages - see printscreen.

If the page is not translated into the newly added language, then the language could be missing in the language switcher. --- > How can I do it? I thought there are in.

The menu synchronization will not translate those pages. Have you tried going to those pages and translating them from there or through WPML → Translation Management?

Hello Andrey,
I know that the menu wont translate the pages. I´m asking why the german has different menu . I switched to german and there is not all pages in menu as in tother lanaguages. Why is tranlasted about us, contact,.. I also didnt translated it over management.

I think I found the problem. I will make the separete menu for german language.
If wont work, I let you know. OYu can close the ticket. thanks
