I would like to update you that I have already tried applying the custom code snippet you provided (using WPCode), but unfortunately, the issue persists and the error Table 'wp_icl_strings' doesn't exist still appears.

As mentioned before, my site is currently showing 404 errors due to these missing tables. I have a full backup ready. Please let me know the next steps to fix the database.
