Tell us what you are trying to do?
I want to connect my newsletter opt in form from Elementor Pro in German to connect to my German newsletter and the translated version in English should connect to my English newsletter list in Getresponse.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No

Is there a similar example that we can see?
No

In this case, you might want to translate your pages manually, so the forms can have different settings. Please check our documentation on this subject:
