This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing issues with variable products not displaying correctly in Arabic on your main website, even though they are translated using WPML. The same setup works correctly on your Iraq site.
Solution:
We recommend creating a new product and translating it to see if the variations display correctly. If they do, the problem might be due to database corruption unrelated to WPML, which you will need to investigate further. However, if the issue persists even with new products, this indicates a replicable issue that we can further investigate.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking for related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Even if I add products to batch and send them for translation, it will be manual one by one each product and I have to repeat the same process mentioned in earlier message for each of the variation . 🙁

Hi,

What I mentioned for the batches is to test without the change of the variables in the translated product and test.

There is a simple way of testing if this is a database corruption or not, according to our second-tier support.

Please create a new product and translate it and see if the variations work correctly. If yes, then this should be a database corruption issue that is not related to any WPML code and this needs to be investigated by you.

But if the issue happens for a new product created that can be investigated as there is a way to replicate the issue and see the result.

Thanks.
