I still couldn't get the copy. It seems there's a conflict with your theme, when creating the copy. I'm getting an error message that indicates that.
Please make a full website backup, temporarily deactivate the theme and create the copy using Duplicator. Let me know when you're done, I can login and download it myself.
I suspect there's some conflict with your child theme. I'll investigate that.
Hello, oh ok, you sure ? We're using a child theme of (up to date) Hello by Elementor.
I can do it if you want but the pro version is disabled so I can't do it. Any way you could leave that activated during the process ?

The Pro version is not disabled. I took a screenrecording, showing you the steps you must take to create a copy: hidden link
I excluded the media folder, as it is not related to the problem itself. That's optional, though.
The error indicates that the issue is related to the theme, that's why I think it's worth trying to create the package while it is deactivated. You can activate a standard WordPress theme, like twenty twenty-one. Make sure to have a full website backup before proceeding.
