He have the regular price and we put a sale price that will expires tomorrow, everything it's scheduled. After the sale price expires tomorrow the regular price will be change with the sale price. Will not return to the normal, to the regular price.
We also had this issue in the past, you can check this ticket https://wpml.org/forums/topic/scheduled-sale-price-mixes-the-pricing-with-default-language-2/
Here is the forum ticket. I test this issue on my local host, change the clock time to a future date and do not see the issue when activating WPML. The regular price will be set back after the sale price expires.
Let's observe the issue on the sandbox site and see how it goes.
Hello,
I have checked the sandbox and the issue persist.
Please check it for yourself and let me know if you need anything else from me.
Waiting for your reply,
Thank you!
On the sandbox site, the sale price was removed also, please check the attached screenshot. So we can see that the scheduled price works properly when WPML activated.
On your live site, you can copy it to a staging site and enable a minimal environment as below:
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML plugins and WooCommerce.
- Switch to a standard theme of WordPress.
and observe the WP cron with the plugin WP Crontrol (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/) to see how it goes.
I noticed that you have disabled the wp_cron and it seems to have fixed the issue. I apologize for not testing it earlier on the first sandbox. I have now rescheduled the price and will check back tomorrow or on Tuesday morning.
Regarding the wp_cron, we definitely need a fix for it. Could you please let me know how we can resolve this to work also with wp_cron true?
Hello,
We have created a staging of the live website.
And we still have the issue.
Can I give you access so you can test it for your self?
Also, this is the product I have tested. The regular price it's 3900 and I have tested a scheduled price to 3000. This is how it's the product backend after the scheduled price expired (hidden link) and this is the front-end (hidden link), we really don't understand what it's happening. I will stet again the scheduled price so you can test it tomorrow. This is the product SKU so you can find it easily, ESPglassBB72.
Please let me know,
Thank you!
Yes, you can share your staging site credentials (wp-admin and FTP) in the next reply. Please make a full backup of the site and database, I will deactivate all plugins except WPML, WooCommerce and switch to a standard theme of WordPress (as in the sandbox site) and observe the issue.
It looks like there is an issue with the price of the product "Semineu electric 3D ElectricSun PAULA GLASS". Even if I deactivate all plugins (including WPML) and leave only WooCommerce activated, the price in the frontend still shows 1083 lei.
Then I fix this by re-updating the product and price in the admin area manually, now you can see the price shows correctly. Please check screenshots attached.
I also set the scheduled sale price to 3000 and observe this issue on your site again.
Thanks.
