Website nearly unusable

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are experiencing issues with your website where translations have stopped syncing, the navigation menu switcher generates random links, and the website is experiencing frequent crashes. Errors reported include PHP memory exhaustion and incorrect function calls for loading translations.
Solution:
1. Contact your hosting provider to increase the server PHP memory limit as indicated by the 'Fatal error: Allowed memory size exhausted' message.

Kor	Thanks for your patience. Our 2nd Tier Support is still investigating this, and there seems to have been some progress. I will come back to you once I hear from them.

Kor	Thanks for your reply. Our 2nd Tier Support checked and the issue is related to the properties missing "agents". Please refer to the Properties ID below and follow the instructions here hidden link on how to select the "Agent". Gilbert	Good morning Kor, Thank you for your last message. We have updated all of these products, and it has slightly improved the situation. That said, the translation menu is still not working properly. Most pages either link to the wrong translation or simply redirect back to the French homepage. We really do not know why or when things stopped working, as we had never experienced any real issues before. Your help is very much appreciated. Kor	Thanks for your reply. I'd like you to know that our support policy allows us to take care of only one issue per ticket. Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.
