This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
If you're noticing that WooCommerce is creating URLs that mix different category languages, resulting in duplicates like a Spanish URL mixed with German, and then a full Spanish URL, you're not alone. This issue can cause problems as it may appear in the search console, leading to bots detecting duplicate content.
Solution:
We are aware of this known issue, and our development team is currently working on it. You can find more details here: https://wpml.org/errata/wpml-translated-posts-accessible-through-original-language-category/. Although there isn't a workaround at the moment, it's important to note that this issue should not harm your site. The canonical and hreflang tags are correctly pointing to the appropriate URLs, which helps prevent search engines from indexing the incorrect ones. We recommend checking the URLs in your sitemap, resubmitting the sitemap to the search console, and then reviewing the results.
If this solution is not relevant to your case, because it's outdated or simply doesn't apply, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
