Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate images in WPML. The issue can be seen on the page: hidden link. I expected to see the images like on hidden link.

Symptoms:
The website's media translations are saved in the back-end, but the front end doesn't show the image. The images aren't loaded in the front-end, although they are shown when using inspect.

Questions:
Why are the translated images not showing on the front-end?
How can I ensure that the images load correctly on the translated page?

Before one of my colleagues gets assigned this ticket, I would like to describe a few steps that might help us rule out some possible causes for the issue. Please follow these steps:
- Create a full backup of the site
- Update any outdated plugins or themes
- Flush any cache memory that might exist
- Go to WPML -> Settings -> Media translation section:
-- In the second subsection select all options and click 'Save'
-- In the first subsection select all options (if the first one is deactivated, it is expected) and click 'Start' -> Wait for the process to finish
- Edit the page that has the issues in the original language -> Go to the right column -> Language block -> Make sure the two checkboxes to duplicate the media and featured image are deactivated -> Make a small change to the content -> Save the changes and update the translation

If the issue persists, then provide all the results so one of my colleagues can continue working on this ticket.

Inside the top admin bar please try to clear the WP Rocket Cache for all languages.

If this does not solve the issue, I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate this issue further.

You can find the required fields below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, which means only you and I can see and access it.

IMPORTANT
Please be sure to make a backup copy of the website and database before allowing us access.
If you can't see the wp-admin / FTP fields, your post and website credentials are set as PUBLIC. DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields.

I may have to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to make a copy of the website where I can investigate the issue further.

However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server yourself for this purpose. This step would only be required if the issue is replicable on such a staging site.

If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Just take note that WPML should be registered on this site again.

If you are unable to provide such a copy of the site for testing, please let me know on this ticket.

I do currently not see any missing images on your example. Both pages are displaying the same images.

If I am not capturing the issue correcllty, please provide me with more details.

You need to be logged in to see the french page.
As you can see on hidden link under "Découvrez Notre Offre De Griles Métalliques Et De Tôles Perforées" there are no images in the boxes.
on hidden link there are images in the boxes under "Ontdek Ons Aanbod Van Metalen Roosters En Geperforeerde Platen"

Please go to Avada > Options, change the language in the top admin bar to "All languages" and click "Save changes" in the end of the page.

This will set the same theme options in all languages and solves the issue.
