Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

Please try the following steps and check if is there any difference in the result.

1) Increase *WP Memory Limit* to *256* MB(the minimum required memory limit for WPML is *128*). Please check the following links for more details

https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

https://developer.wordpress.org/apis/wp-config-php/#increasing-memory-allocated-to-php

2) Open a page(having the issue) for editing in the original language and update it to refresh the translation settings
3) Visit WPML>>Translation Management Dashboard
4) Choose the Posts/Pages you want to translate or update the existing translations
5) Send it to Translation Basket
6) Visit WPML>>Translation Management>>Translation Basket
7) Send it for translation, by choosing yourself as a translator
8) Visit WPML>>Translations queue and translate the page by clicking the *Translate* button

This is the correct workflow for translation. Refer to this article for more details https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/

If the issue exists, please visit WPML>>Support>>Advanced Translation Editor>>Error Logs and let us know if you had any errors recently or not.
