Problem:
If you're experiencing an issue where switching the default language to French causes the English version of your site to disappear, we have a solution that may help.
Solution:
1. Change the default language to French.
2. Navigate to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting.
3. Click on the buttons as shown in this screenshot.
4. Clear the caches from your site and browser.
5. Check if the English site is now appearing correctly.
After following these steps, the client's pages functioned correctly with French set as the default language. If this solution doesn't seem relevant to your issue, please open a new support ticket with us.

I've reviewed your site and noticed that English is currently set as the default language. For that reason, I couldn't investigate further. However, since the issue happening when you switch the default language, could you please try the following steps after changing the language and see if it helps?

- Please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting
- Click on the buttons marked in this screenshot: hidden link
- Once done, clear the caches from your site and browser and check again.

Thank you for your help.

We switched the default language back to English because we did not want our client to lose access to their English site while you tried to fix the problem.

We gave you access to the site. Please switch the default language to French yourself and try these troubleshooting steps yourself. Please let us know if this solves the problem.
