Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Based on your chat with Lauren, please let me know when you've more information about the following:

What type of page builder elements are the ones that are not showing in the translation editor?
...
And this issue is only happening on this one page, or on other pages as well?

Meanwhile, I'll recommend checking this guide https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/. Sometimes page builder widgets need registering with WPML. This is a common case due to ever evolving plugins (new features, fixes and etc).

By following this guide, you can register that "accordion" widget directly in WPML -> Settings -> Custom XML Configuration.

Please also provide debug information of your website for an overview of your setup. See https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ for more information.

I've enabled the debug information section for your next reply.

Regards.

Hi,

This is happening on more than one page and with multiple elements of the Flatsome UX builder. Normal text elements and text elements within accordion elements.

Other similar pages don't appear to have this issue and show all content when translating. So it's a strange issue.

I can give access to the website if needed.

Cheers,
Jaap

Thanks for the updates.

Can you try to create another page with same content, translate and check? Since you mentioned that other similar pages are working fine, I suspect this page's data may have been corrupted in the DB for some reason.

If this doesn't help, I'll need to take a closer look at your site. So I request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP), preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your next answer will be private, to share this information safely.

Also provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue and links to pages in admin and on frontend.

IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site to avoid data loss.

See https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/ for details on privacy and security.

Hi,

The new page with same content could be translated in full. So it must be some glitch with the other page.

Cheers,
Jaap
