Woocommerce B2B Sales Agent Compatibility - Problem with Agent Dashboard

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Sales agent dashboard wasn't being translated into English on frontend.

Solution:
The plugin has a setting in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Sales Agent which sets the agent dashboard page in a configuration (wcb2bsa_dashboard_page). This is a string and is found in Admin strings. It needs to be included in ST and translated as mentioned below:

1. Go to WPML -> String Translation -> Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Translate texts in admin screens".

2. In "Admin Texts Translation", search for "wcb2bsa_dashboard_page".

3. Add to string translation.

4. Go back to String Translation and search for same field (wcb2bsa_dashboard_page).

5. By default you'll see the English flag with the string and a value, which is the page ID of the "Sales agents dashboard" page in Italian.

6. Change the language of the string to Italian because it is the default language of the site (adjust accordingly).

7. Then go to Pages and switch to English from top admin bar. Then mouse over the page and note the page ID.

8. Then translate the string in ST with the value of English version of "Sales agents dashboard" page ID (noted in #7).

micheleG-6	Hi everybody, When I log in as an agent from the italian version of the website, the sales dashboard area is fine and in italian. When I log in as an agent from the english version I only see the italian version of the website and the page "hidden link" is not the one I need. hidden link

Please make sure the translation of this page is 100% complete and there's no gear icon or circular arrows mentioning an in-progress or needs-update kind of statuses. Also please try the followings: - Take a full backup of site and database before proceeding. - Go to WPML -> Settings -> Translate Link Targets and click "Scan now and adjust links" button and see if it helps. - If it doesn't, please try some troubleshooting options mentioned at https://wpml.org/documentation/support/wpml-troubleshooting-options/ If none of this helps, then repeat the above mentioned with minimal setup, like only with WPML and most required plugins while deactivating all others. micheleG-6	I tried the first idea on the staging website but nothing. About the second, can you be a little more specific? Which one do you suggest? I've already tried to delete cash. Do you want access to the website?

The one you showed previously is nothing like these. Can you setup one like shown previously (image and video)? So I can observe the problem properly. Also write any steps needing to edit/update those pages and translations.

Apparently looks like that Be-Rocket isn't on compatibility list (https://wpml.org/plugin/?wpv_view_count=120064&wpv-plugin-functionality=0&wpv_post_search=Be-Rocket&wpv-wpcf-recommendation-flag=&wpv_filter_submit=Search), if that's a plugin, I'll suggest to check with their support. However, I'll also suggest to open a separate ticket for this, because as per our support policy we can address one issue per ticket, so if others looking for a solution can find it easily. I am closing this ticket as resolved!
