In my woocommerce store with three languages, the color filter on the shop page shows the products with the chosen color, however, in the additional languages, it only shows one or two of the total products

You can see the difference here (original version):

French version:

I had already opened a ticket about this, but the error still persists. They recommended that I go through troubleshooting and then update the products. It worked with one product but as minutes or hours passed, they disappeared again from the filters in the additional languages.

french version - only few products.jpg

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

Would you please go to "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual> Products tab" and make sure that the products that are not showing in the result have been translated properly into the French language?

If they are translated, please try the steps below and check if that helps to solve the issue.

- Please go to "WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Attributes" tab
- Select the "Couleur' attribute
- Make sure that the terms are translated properly
- Scroll down and you'll see a button named "Synchronize Attributes". Click on that and wait till the process is finished.

Let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello. Thanks for your answer. Yes, we have already tried it. The products have the correct configuration. As mentioned in the previous description, when updating the products (recommendation from the WPML team) the products sometimes appear in the filter, but then they stop appearing. That is, as if no solution had been applied.

Hi There,
Thank you for the feedback.

This kind of issue most of the time gets solved by synchronizing the attributes. Since it is not happening, a closer inspection will be required to understand the root cause.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Looking forward to your response.

Best Regards,
Prosenjit

Hello There,
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

Thank you for providing the credentials. Upon inspection, I noticed that the term 'Blue' was giving proper results in both the English and French versions of the staging site. However, the term 'Orange' did not produce consistent results between the English and French versions.

However, after making some adjustments, I was able to get the correct result in both versions of the site. Please try the following steps and I hope it will help.

- Take a backup of the site and update WooCommerce, WooCommerce Multilingual, WPML, and String translation to their latest version.
- Please go to "Settings > Permalink" from your WordPress dashboard
- Scroll to the 'Optional' section and set a Product attribute base. Make sure to translate it as well.
- Now, go to the "WooCommerce > Settings > Products" tab and click on 'Advanced'
- Uncheck the "Enable table usage option" and save changes.

Please let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Thank you. It seems to be working correctly now. I only performed step two: "disable table usage option", this because I have configured the permalink without the "product" slug by default, for SEO reasons.
