Hello Alejandro,
I was able to find the string but it was in "Translate texts in admin screens »" with state "Included in String Translation", but I added them again and was able to find it in translation table 🙂 But if you wanted please let me a solution for this too, otherwise I will open another ticket for this.
So, back to our ticket:
I am confirming that the issue has been resolved with the steps you provided after adding the extra code which was requested by your colleague. So now, I know the extra code will be removed/overrided with the next update of "Subscriptions" plugin, so how I can add this code which should be persisted in the future?
Also, would this issue be resolved in next release of WPML or still I need to keep this custom code somewhere in the future?
Thanks for your reply!
With Regards,

Before we add any fix on our plugin we need to consult with the plugin author (the subscriptions plugin), so we can find a suitable permanent solution for it.
the solution is probably not going to be in WPML 4.5.0 since it's almost about to be released but it might be included in any of its hotfixes or for WPML 4.6.
There's also a chance the problem will be fixed on the author's end.
For now this solution will be the way to go combined with the registering of the admin texts.
However i'll set this ticket as "escalated to Compatibility team" so i can let you know once the release contains the fix for this.
