This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the Stripe payment gateway stops working and the live and secret keys are cleared from the backend when the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin is enabled.
Solution:
We recommend updating the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin to version 5.3.1, which addresses the issue with Stripe. The client can update the plugin by checking for an update notification or by directly downloading the latest version from their WPML Account.

If the problem continues after updating, we ask the client to provide the exact steps to replicate the issue, ideally through a video, to help us understand and diagnose the problem more effectively.

If this solution does not seem relevant, please open a new support ticket.

I have the exact same issue as this thread: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/urgent-woocommerce-multilingual-breaks-stripe-gateway-in-woocommerce/

As soon as I disable the Woocommerce Multilingual plugin I can save my Stripe live and secret keys but if I enable the plugin Stripe immediately stops working and the keys in the backend is cleared.

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having. Please be informed that we have released WCML 5.3.1 by fixing an issue with Stripe. Would you kindly update the plugin to that version and see if that helps to solve the issue? If you don't see any notice to update the WooCommerce Multilingual plugin, you can directly download it from your WPML Account(https://wpml.org/account/downloads/) and install it on your site.

If the issue persists even after that, I kindly request you to share the exact steps to replicate the issue. If you can capture the steps and issue in a video and share that video in the next response, that will greatly assist in understanding and identifying the root cause. I will check accordingly in my development environment and let you know what to do next.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
