Hi there, First of all, sorry for the late reply due to a higher workload. When you set your products to the "Translatable – use translation if available or fallback to default language", all products will be associated with the default language taxonomies. This is because this translation option doesn’t create products in the secondary languages, so no products will associated with the translated categories. Hi, I checked the site but I couldn't find any clues yet. The first page of each shop translation shows 19 products while the default language shows 20 products, but the total number of products is the same in all languages. Could you please try the following steps to translate the grid template and let us know if that helps? - Go to WPML > Translation Management > and select the Elemento templates type (hidden link) |

Hi, 1. Please let us know how the shop page was created. When we try to edit the original page with Elementor, it keeps loading and the editor doesn't open (Please check the attached image). This also happens when WPML is disabled. 2. Please check if the issue persists in a minimal environment by following these steps: - Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML (Keep Woocommerce enabled without any extensions) ❌ Please backup your database and website before performing the above test ❌ |

Desactiving all plugins (except ACF as it throws fatal error) doesn't resolve the problem. |

Hi, Unfortunately, we couldn't find more clues regarding this issue. Our 2nd tier supporters suggest duplicating all products and checking if the issue is resolved. If this doesn't work for you, we will escalate this issue to our developers for further debugging. In this case, we will need a copy of your site so kindly create it and provide a link to download it. You can use the Duplicator plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/). The plugin will create a package file that you can download and then upload again to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the download link in the next reply which I have marked as private.
