Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with my WooCommerce brand section after a WooCommerce upgrade. I have two 'BRANDS' menu items under PRODUCTS in the WP admin panel. One brand page is empty, and the other contains all my brands. The links to these pages are different: hidden link (empty) and hidden link (contains brands). Notice the TS_ prefix in second link. On the frontend, selecting a brand from the catalog filter gives no results, but selecting a brand from a single product view shows all products under that brand.

Symptoms:
The WooCommerce brand section is not working correctly after an upgrade. There are two 'BRANDS' menu items in the admin panel, and the frontend brand filter does not display products correctly.

Questions:
Why are there two 'BRANDS' menu items in the WP admin panel?
Why does the brand filter in the catalog not display products correctly?
How can I fix the issue with the WooCommerce brand section after the upgrade?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you wait for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with the first debugging steps or see if I can help with the issue quickly.

You mentioned that the problem happened after updating WooCommerce.

Could you please explain why you associate this issue with WPML or WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency?

Could you please try the following?
Temporarily deactivate WPML and check if you still see two "Brands"

**** Important! Please make a full site backup (files and DB) before you proceed with those steps****

Regards,
Itamar.
