I am currently experiencing an issue with product language visibility on my website and would appreciate your assistance or guidance on the correct configuration.
When I create an auction product, I can select the language of the product on the right side. For example, if I select **English**, the auction product is only visible on the English version of the page:
→ interpyro.com/veiling
However, when I switch language using the flag selector to German for example:
→ interpyro.com/de/veiling
the page shows **no items available**.
My intention is that auction products should be **visible on all language versions of the site**, since users can filter results themselves (for example via a country filter). The products should therefore not be hidden based on language — only the product details should change according to the selected language.
My questions:
1. How can I configure WPML so that products appear on all language versions regardless of the language they were created in?
2. Is there a WPML or WooCommerce Multilingual setting that controls this behavior?
3. Is there a way to fix this without manually publishing each product in every language?
Additionally, I have another question:
Parts of my website are manually built using HTML, including blog content. WPML does not seem to detect these texts as translatable strings. Does this mean I have to translate all HTML content manually, or is there a method to make WPML recognize and translate HTML-based content?
Finally, I would also like to know:
4. Is it possible to configure WPML so that **product titles are never translated** and always stay identical across all languages? I want only the description and other content translated, but the product name should remain the same globally.
Thank you in advance for your support. I look forward to your advice on how to resolve this correctly.
Kind regards,
Tim van den Berg
