[Resolved] WPML and Classic Editor crashing browser tabs
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: If you're experiencing browser tab crashes or a squashed editor interface when using WPML and Classic Editor together, it might be due to a conflict with another third-party plugin. Solution: We recommend deactivating your third-party plugins one by one to identify which one might be causing the issue. This step-by-step approach helps isolate the problematic plugin. If the problem persists even after deactivating other plugins, or if this solution does not apply to your case, please check the related known issues and ensure you have the latest versions of themes and plugins installed. If you still need assistance, we encourage you to open a new support ticket with us for further help. You can do so here: WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML and Classic Editor together, but when both are enabled, my browser tabs crash. I was attempting to access the page admin interface with the classic editor. The issue can be seen at this link: hidden link.
Symptoms:
The browser tabs crash when WPML and Classic Editor are both enabled. Sometimes the editor opens but is squashed, though mostly the tab just crashes.
Questions:
Why do my browser tabs crash when using WPML and Classic Editor together?
How can I prevent the editor from being squashed or the tab from crashing?
I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.
Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.
✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.
Thanks for your reply. I've checked, and the editor is not crashing on my end. Could you please share a screen recording of the issue? You can use this free tool hidden link for recording purposes.
Thank you for your reply. As shown in this screen recording, the issue also occurs even when the WPML plugin is deactivated: hidden link .
I suspect that a third-party plugin may be causing the issue. I recommend deactivating your third-party plugins one by one to identify which one might be responsible.
