Hi!
I've been waiting for a solution to my problem for almost a month now. It's hard for me to believe that I'm the only person who uses the filter for products where prices are set manually and not calculated automatically. How am I supposed to run the service when completely basic functionality does not work...?
regards,
Grzegorz
The issue ( that when using custom price for products the Price Filter widgets still uses the settings done at WooCommerce -> Commerce Multilingual and Multicurrency -> Multicurrency ) has been escalated to our developers and our team will release a fix in the future.
However I should tell you that this could take some time and will not happen sometime soon. This is because our team are trying to come up with a solution for the issue without affecting other features and without causing a performance impact.
Our team also tried to see if a workaround could be possible for the issue but because of the complexity of the issue ( it looks simple but is a bit complex due to how the data are stored and displayed in WooCommerce and WCML ) it looks like we will need to wait for a final fix for the issue.
I will let you know here as soon as we have an update from our development team. Though it will take some time and I don't have an ETA yet. I am very sorry for the inconveniences caused to you due to this.
That's not very good news 🙁
So in the meantime, I have another question related to this topic.
When I enable automatic conversion of prices based on the exchange rate in my products, the default filter (Filter Products by Price) seems to work correctly. After switching languages, the currency and amounts in the price slider are switched correctly. However, it is very primitive.
Is there any filter plugin compatible with WPML and WooComerce?
I tried the "Product Filter by WBW" plugin. Unfortunately, after switching the language, the Polish currency and Polish prices remain in the filter instead of prices in dollars.
Hi
Maybe there is some code that I could paste into the functions.php file to force the filters to work properly. Now I am testing for example HUSKY Filter. After switching from Polish to English, the currency is changed to dollars correctly, but the amount remains Polish. Please see the attached picture.

In the link you provided to me, I found: https://wordpress.org/plugins/annasta-woocommerce-product-filters/
But in my opinion, it is not compatible with WPML. Minimum value and maximum value of Products Price Filter you must manually provide. They are not taken from real prices of currencies. Changing the language of the site does not change the minimum value and maximum values in the price slider.
I tried to insert "auto" to both fields, but it did not help.

Looks like we are really at a dead end regarding this with support scope.
You will have to use the use the automatic currency exchange and default WooCommerce price filter to have a useable version.
Regarding the compatibility of https://wordpress.org/plugins/annasta-woocommerce-product-filters/ plugin with WPML or any other plugin that you want to use, would you please mind creating a new ticket regarding the compatibility? We can then look into the compatibility of the plugin with WPML/WCML and help you fix the issue if possible.
