[Resolved] I get the translation queue instead of the classic editor

When I click to add a translation to a page I get the translation queue instead of the classic editor.
Our issue is very similar to https://wpml.org/forums/topic/i-get-translation-queue-when-clicking-to-add-translation/ , but it happens only to users with the editor role.
