I am wanting a single post category archive page to fallback to the base language

johannes-ernstS	I am wanting a single post category archive page to fallback to the base language if translations don't exist. The help page, https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/displaying-untranslated-content-on-pages-in-secondary-languages/#how-to-display-untranslated-taxonomy-values-as-a-fallback says I can do it under Settings>Custom Taxonomies, but that section doesn't exist in the settings. Can you please assist?
