[Resolved] Sub menus are out of place in the translated language

I have a staging and production environment, while making some edits on the staging site the menu has gone strange, some of the sub-menu items have moved out from the sub menu onto my main menu. I was going to make my changes then push from staging but I don't want to push this issue to live. I checked settings in the main English version of the menu the items are still in sub menus just when I got to Spansih for example they move into the main menu out of the sub-menu.
