Problem:
The client has an issue with the WP Customer Review plugin where customer reviews are not automatically translated, nor are they added to the French version of the pages after approval.
Solution:
We recommend checking the WPML settings to ensure that the 'Reviews' post type is set to 'Translatable'. This can be done by navigating to WPML>>Settings>>Post Types Translations. For detailed instructions, please refer to our documentation:
