WPML Download not working

daniel	Background of the issue: I am trying to download the OGTS Installer from wpml.org. We have a lifetime account. The issue can be seen at https://wpml.org/account/downloads/. Symptoms: Instead of downloading the actual installer/plugin, I received a strange HTML file that leads me to the downloads page on wpml. Questions: Why am I receiving an HTML file instead of the installer? How can I successfully download the OGTS Installer?
