Hello there, Our 2nd tier checked the issue and went to Elasticpress->Features->Post Search-> Status and set it to enable which fixed the issue, can you please check and confirm? Look forward to your reply. Thanks |

Indeed, it works. However I don't understand why? What does that setting have to do with showing my products without search? |

Sorry to be late on the reply. we're not really sure and in fact we are digging into it to understand more. i suppose understanding what the implications on that feature does to the elasticpress plugin itself would help and our devs are in contact with their developers to try to figure it out and improve the compatibility between us.
