Sadly I am not able to convert this ticket back to a chat.
I created a WPML test site yesterday and I still need to run some tests, as the latest version of our export and import plugin is also new to me.

About the staging:
Yes, it would be very helpful to revise the issue on your staging site.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the website to investigate the issue further.

I may have to here. Install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" to create a copy of the website so I can investigate the problem in more detail.

Please give this another test. Take note that this only will work if you import DE as Original content and FR as translation while using our custom fields on each import template.

I did now delete all the german products and want to import it again via All Import Export Plugin. But somehow it looks different...
Also I didnt import the Taxonomies, coz they should already be imported, is this right?
I never made a special Taxonomy Import or CSV file. Do I have to creat an new Taxonomy file?
My understanding is, that I now import the German and after the French Translation using the special language meta tags: Term Meta and Map them. Is this right?
I now deleted all the products and made a fresh import with the standard language german and the additonal language meta tags.
Following I imported the french translation also with the language tags.
Good news, the language tag worked and the products got imported right in DE and FR.
But what didnt work is, the SKU and Price couldnt be imported and matched.
Why is that? Is it because there are still old products in the trash. Is it because I used also a unique_identifier??
