This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with automatic translation jobs being stuck and displaying "0%, less than 1 Minute remaining" for an extended period. Additionally, the client reported 404 errors on newly translated pages in the WooCommerce shop.

Solution:
For the automatic translation jobs that were stuck, we navigated to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting and clicked on the "Cancel In-progress Automatic Translation Jobs" button. This action cleared the stuck jobs, and we were able to resubmit a product for translation successfully.

Regarding the 404 errors, the issue was due to the "sd-wan-shop" slug being used both as the Category base of WooCommerce and as the Shop base in the "Permalink Manager for WooCommerce." To resolve this, we removed the slug from the Category base by going to Settings > Permalinks, which fixed the issue.

Hi Prosenjit,
thnak you very much.
We will keep an Eye on this.
What about the many 404 errors I had sent you?
theses are only in the translation. The page exists, but when we click on the link, there is a 404.
Can you please check this too?
Thanks a lot
Johannes

Hi Johannes,
Apologies for overlooking that issue!

The 404 error occurred because the "sd-wan-shop" slug was being used both as the Category base of WooCommerce and as the Shop base in the "Permalink Manager for WooCommerce". Using the same slug in two different places can lead to conflicts. For that reason, I removed the slug from the Category base by navigating to "Settings > Permalinks", which immediately fixed the issue. Please try accessing the links again, and you should no longer encounter any 404 errors.

Let me know if that helps or if there is anything else if you need help with. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

SEO Crawling last night showed much less 404. So it should be solved now.
Maybe it was a caching issue.
Thanks a lot
Johannes
