This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to see French and Italian language options in the dropdown of the WPML language switcher widget.
Solution:
We recommend ensuring that the pages have been translated into the respective languages and that the status of these translated pages is set to 'Published' rather than 'Draft'. Specifically, the site's homepage needs to be translated as it currently isn't, which is likely causing the issue with the language options not displaying. For detailed guidance on translating pages using Elementor with WPML, please refer to the following documentation:

Tell us what you are trying to do?

I have used WPML on 3 other sites and never had this issue. I just can't get French and Italian options to show in the drop hown using your widget.

Is there any documentation that you are following? - I've read everything I can and checked support tickets.

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Please note that I edited your topic because you had posted sensitive information (username and password) in a public forum.

To display the secondary languages flags at the front end, it is necessary that those pages should be available in that language and the status of those translated pages should be set as Published and not Draft.

It seems you have not translated your site home page yet which is why you are facing this issue. Could you please try to add the translation and let me know how it goes?

Here is a doc for more details:

Thank you
