Background of the issue:
I am trying to add a new language to my website, hidden link, using WPML. I have followed the steps in this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-custom-posts/.

Symptoms:
The header and footer of my site vanish when I attempt to add a new language using WPML.

Questions:
Could you please review the issue and provide assistance?
Why does the problem only occur when adding a new language via WPML?
