Background of the issue:
I would like to use the WPML widget from Elementor to change the language on my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
I cannot find the WPML widget in Elementor, and in the settings under Settings->Language, it does not let me enable the widget. It is not clickable.

Questions:
How can I enable the WPML widget in Elementor?
Why is the WPML widget not clickable in the settings?
