Background of the issue:
Hi, I migrated a site to the official wordpress hosting and now my WPML admin menu only has 4 options available: translations admin, translations, media translations and settings. I can't see any option to configure global languages, support, etc.
Also, when I try to add a language switcher to a menu it takes me to blank page with the message "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page" and returns a 403 error. It seems that my user is missing some permissions, but it is the global administrator of the site. I've tried many things but nothing worked so far:
- Creating new administrator user
- Uninstalling all WMPL plugins and generating a new site key
- I have latest versions of php and limit of php memory size is 512MB
Need help, you also ask me to provide the debug information but when I try to access the url the same error appears, and I don't have the Support menu as its also missing! 🙁
