This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where the Elementor template design was not being duplicated when using WPML to duplicate a page. Despite configuring WPML to make all elements translatable and copiable, and synchronizing all links, the design of the duplicated pages was not preserved.
Solution:
We discovered that the issue was due to an outdated version of Elementor. We recommend updating Elementor to the latest version, specifically to version 3.24.2 or higher. Here are the steps we followed to resolve the issue:
1. Deactivate all other plugins and the current theme.
2. Switch to the default WordPress theme.
3. Test by creating a simple page and attempt duplicating it.
4. If the issue persists, ensure Elementor is updated to the latest version.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check the related known issues and verify that you have the latest versions of themes and plugins installed. If necessary, do not hesitate to open a new support ticket.
