This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing inconsistent translations across different languages on their website using WPML. While some languages like Croatian appear fully translated, others like Macedonian and Serbian show incomplete translations. The client has attempted solutions such as adding custom XML configurations, clearing cache, and rebuilding JS/CSS, but the issue persists.
Solution:
We reviewed the client's website and found no issues with the translations between Slovenian and Serbian. If the problem continues, we recommend the following steps:
1. Ensure that all WPML plugins are up to date. You can check for the latest versions in your WPML account under My Account -> Downloads.
2. If updates are not visible, click the 'Check for updates' button in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab.
3. Before updating, make sure to back up your database to prevent any data loss.
4. If after updating the issue still occurs, please provide detailed steps on how you encounter the issue and information about how the page was created (e.g., if a page builder was used and whether the page was fully translated).

If these steps do not resolve the issue, or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my website from Slovene to five other languages each on it's own domain. I have used WPML automatic translations, which supposedly translated everything on my website but as you can see that's not the case. Some languages have translated some strings other languages show other strings translated. I think that Croatian language is fully translated but Macedonian and Serbian is certainly not. In case you can't differentiate the languages I suggest you observe the issue when comparing Slovene original to Macedonian or Serbian websites because they use Cyrillic alphabet meanwhile other languages use Latin alphabet.

I have tried adding custom XML configuration, clearing cache, rebuilding JS/CSS but the issue still persists.

Symptoms:
WPML is not showing translated strings consistently across languages. Some languages have translated some strings, while others show different strings translated. Croatian seems fully translated, but Macedonian and Serbian are not. The issue persists despite attempts to add custom XML configuration, clear cache, and rebuild JS/CSS.

Questions:
Why are some languages not fully translated while others are?
How can I ensure that all strings are shown into the desired languages?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

I compared your Slovenian and Serbian homepages, and it seems that there are no issues with the translation. I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference.

If you’re still experiencing the issue, could you please provide detailed steps to replicate it? Additionally, let us know how the page was created — for example, did you use a page builder? And was the page fully translated?

You would also need to update the WPML plugins, if they haven't been updated yet.

You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site.

If you do not see the updates, you might need to click the Check for updates button in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab.

Please remember to backup your database before you proceed.
