WPML plugin cannot connect to wpml

Problem:
I have this issue: WPML plugin cannot connect to wpml.org. I have updated the license key, the plugins are up-to-date.

Solution:
Make sure that there are no security modules on your website that might be blocking WPML requests.

joseG-26	Hi, It is giving me this error: WPML plugin cannot connect to wpml.org, attaching screenshot. I have updated the license key, the plugins are in last version. Also attaching my php configuration hosting. Also have contacted hosting support and still persists . Could you help me? Thanks

Radu	Hey Jose, Thank you for reaching out to the WPML support! Are you aware of any security modules on your website? I'm asking this because the server might be blocking some requests. Please have a look at the “WPML plugin cannot connect to wpml.org” section from this article: https://wpml.org/faq/troubleshooting-registration/ and make sure that the mentioned elements are whitelisted on your website. Additionally, if the issue is still available after whitelisting the links, you can go here: https://wpml.org/account/sites/ delete the existing key for your website and try to generate a new one. Please give this a try and tell me how things work this time. Thanks, Radu
