This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to see the required languages to install on their WordPress site and was concerned whether the latest WordPress update might be affecting this.

Solution:
We have fixed the missing tables in the database and re-run the WPML setup.

Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need help, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket on the WPML support forum.

here is the ticket. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

I need two languages arabic and French for the whole translation, So I can change between the English translation, which is the main one on the site, so that it is translated into Arabic and also changed into French

I have taken a look at your site and everything seems normal without any errors. So I am thinking now of a DB corruption.

I've tried to access your Website using the "PHPmyadmin plugin" but I'm unable to activate the plugin due to some errors.

Could you share direct access to your Website database(PHPmyadmin)? You can get the login information from your hosting provider and please perform a full backup.

I'm able to install the languages but the pages and post disappears after WPML plugin is activated. Please allow me to check with our 2nd Tier Support for further assistance.
