This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to update the WPML String Translation plugin to version 3.2.7.
Solution:
1. We recommend trying to update the plugin via the WordPress backend by navigating to Plugins > Add New > Commercial, checking for updates, selecting the plugin, and updating it.
2. If the first method does not work, we suggest the following steps:
- First, create a full backup of your website.
- Then, deactivate and delete the WPML String Translation plugin.
- Next, manually download the latest version of the plugin from WPML downloads.
- Finally, go to your website's backend under Plugins > Add New > Upload, upload the zip file, install, and activate the latest version of the plugin.

Please try these steps and let us know how it goes.

Keep in mind that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hi there.

1. Please try from under WordPress backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > check for updates > and check the box and update.

2. If that doesn't work (it might not sometimes due to specific server settings), please try this:

- Create a full website backup and then disable all the WPML String Translation plugin and delete it
- Go here (https://wpml.org/account/downloads/), select the "manual download" option, download the zip file with the latest version, go to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Upload > upload the zip file, install and activate the latest version of the plugin

Please let me know how things go.

Kind regards,
Mihai Apetrei
